- Clearing Data Distortions - Why owner's compensation is the biggest key to distort profitability and how revenue is a pure vanity number.
- Setting Profit Targets - once you clear distortions, what should your profit target be?
- Labor Efficiency - Learn how to apply Greg's power metric of labor efficiency to drive profitability.
- 4 Forces of Cash Flow - Now that you are profitable, we can focus on the 4 forces of cash flow and set the proper order of the use of cash. WARNING! They do not go in the order you want them!
